Step 15 - The Final Walk-Through.
This is done traditionally 5 days prior to your scheduled closing date. You are provided access to the property to ensure it remains in the same condition as of the time of the physical inspection. This walk-through also provides you the opportunity to verify that the items negotiated with the Seller for correction have in fact been completed.
